Job Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives and ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
« Work closely with the local media agency in the planning and buying of TV, online and print advertising.
« Liaise with the local PR agency on preparation and execution of local PR activities.
« Regular communicating and reporting on ongoing campaigns.
« Work with central departments to implement the marketing activities including managing the localization of creative.
« Undertake pre and post initiative analysis to provide campaign ROI and learnings for future activities.
« Review competitor activity and keep a close eye on activity in Ukraine.
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
« Russian or Ukrainian native who is fluent in English, verbal and written.
« Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
« Effective communication skills with the ability to successfully work with internal and external resources.
« Previous experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing activities.
« Ability to produce effective marketing reports, including statistical data.
Desirable
« Online marketing and/or e-gmaing experience.
« Brand marketing experience working for international company.
